Michelle is the worst property manager I’ve ever had in 26 years of adult life. Our elevator has been broken for two weeks, and it’s the third time it’s been down. This results in a Fifth-floor “walk-up.” No one has gone grocery shopping for two weeks! Put that on top of the two other times the elevator was down, the front door being broken three times, and the garage door being down three times. These are BASIC building services. Horrible management company! STAY AWAY!! Michelle L is very unprofessional, she hung up the phone during the conversation. She sent our welcome package with all our information to another owner in another residential area and vice versa exposing personal information horrible communication, no maintenance for common area, no reserve. A total scam! We are definitely changing to another company!
Very unprofessional and impolite! Michelle sent a very rude reply email including a neighbor and a member from the HOA which is totally unprofessional. This company has horrible reviews and from personal experience, they are all true! Even the manager said “I don’t care about customer reviews” well she don’t because she provides no service, just take the money and expose your personal information, horrible maintenance and no common area check as well as total impoliteness. Be very careful!
