Mr. Large is a scammer. Full stop. Do not trust this company with your money. At all. I’m telling you for a FACT you will absolutely regret it. You will end up in a courtroom and he will use his daddy’s money to get a team of attorneys to bulldoze you. He is a notorious scammer and a habitual liar.

I don’t really have a problem with the way that the home is built but the builder is very irresponsible and doesn’t return phone calls. The only way that I was able to get anything done was to the call his father‘s business (WP Large Survey Company). When someone finally did call me back, they lied telling me that they had called several times. Impossible to get in touch with people in the office. Warranty service awful.

The home is nice but once you close, don’t expect anything to get fixed under warranty. The warranty office will not even return my emails. Matt is the only one that answers the phone or responds. Again, once you close your on your own.

I have to give them one star because it's the only way I can post. Please do not do any business with these people, you will regret it! I am grateful that I went out to see a model home and there was another couple there. Unfortunately, they were not so lucky. The person assisting them was retracting on many things that were previously promised. The couple had signed the contract and seems as they are screwed. They are making many shortcuts that will eventually be dangerous.
