Jeff is the best mechanic I have ever had. While he may not be the cheapest, he is honest. He will never tell you something needs to be repaired unless absolutely necessary - unlike the VW dealership. The first time I talked to him on the phone, I could immediately tell that he was extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. Do not be afraid to ask questions.
