Someone needs to replace the staff at this location or give them an intensive course in customer service, starting with the lady at the front desk, who is rude and has a terrible attitude. I preferred to make my mother's appointment at Ocean Audiologist in North Bergen, where the staff is polite and educated, rather than Ocean Audiology in Jersey City, where the staff has no customer empathy—a terrible experience.

We were referred here for my grandmother and are so happy we came. We got exactly what she needed and the team was so helpful.

The people who work the front desk are nice and helpful. The doctor was dismissive ans dishonest. I suffer with ptsd and have triggers at night I asked for custom ear plugs and she refused the service about 5 times. I kept asking why and that I don't understand why we couldn't do this to help me. Doctor mentioned to try over the counter ones(which I said I have) that I'm not there yet that it's more for musicians.
