AC stopped working, the owner, Joe sent someone right away. He was prompt, polite and made the repair. Later I heard the unit making an unusual noise. I called and Joe came. After checking the unit and not finding a problem, he glanced down and noticed the filter was not seated properly and the foil was blowing in the wind, making the mysterious sound. He did not charge me for the house call. He is the nicest person, always puts me at ease. Ocean Air & Residential is reliable, and above all honest.

Excellent service being provided by Ocean Air for our house since 2020. Always responsive, easy to reach out and accommodating customer's convenience while scheduling service. Andrew, Blaise, and Jason came out to our home this week to replace all our air ducts that were original in our condo built in the late 60's. They were on-time, professional, and knowledgeable. They truly went above any beyond to ensure everything was done right. Andrew had some great ideas to provide better airflow to areas that weren't getting enough, which is ultimately what led us to use Ocean Air vs. other companies we received quotes from. Rob is a great technician as he is pleasant to speak to and is a courteous hard worker. I highly recommend Ocean Air and the team that is onboard. Always helpful and punctual with taking pride in their work.
