I would highly recommend Ocean Air & Residential, LLC for any of your HVAC needs. I have used them since 2017 when they installed my two AC units for my house. They are always on time, honest and have very fair pricing. They've always been there when I needed them. Thank you Joe and Ocean air team!

I have used so many Air Condition companies for home and for my son’ business and I was always disappointed 90 % of the times , At last Ocean Air & Residential Was recommended to me by very close friend And I have used them twice in two different jobs. They were simply amazing !! Excellent service , Outstanding communication and follow up and pricing is extremely reasonable . God blessed us That we were able to use the services . I have been using Ocean Air since I purchased the house three years ago for a regular service on my air-conditioning unit and have been completely satisfied with their work. My unit was 10 years old and needed to be replaced and Ocean Air stepped up and within a 24 hour period. Replaced my existing unit with a brand new heating and air-conditioning unit and I am completely satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend them with their on-time service and friendly atmosphere.

AC stopped working, the owner, Joe sent someone right away. He was prompt, polite and made the repair. Later I heard the unit making an unusual noise. I called and Joe came. After checking the unit and not finding a problem, he glanced down and noticed the filter was not seated properly and the foil was blowing in the wind, making the mysterious sound. He did not charge me for the house call. He is the nicest person, always puts me at ease. Ocean Air & Residential is reliable, and above all honest.
