Ocean air and its owner Vu were recommended to us by a resident in our complex. Vu attended our apartment and gave us advice on the system that best suited our needs and the quoted price was very competitive. The installation team arrived on time, were very professional and courteous. The indoor motor was not an easy install however for these guys it wasn’t a problem. The team provided a great experience when installing my new ducted air conditioner. They were professional, efficient, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Ken was the installation lead who was very kind and helped me fix a potential problem in the attic free of charge. Vu came to do the quote and was very nice and professional. Highly recommended.
