(Verified Renter) - Management is the most responsive, receptive, organized...overall most professional that I've ever seen. -Apartment units are nice, large, and with new management the apartment themselves are maintained (appliances/air filters, etc). -Great physical location in terms of weather/air quality (not so much for social life) -Most tenants were friendly and outgoing. Those not as outgoing were not unfriendly, rude, discourteous..etc.

Value for what... (Verified Renter) Value for what a tenant receives is not competitive. Something should be looked at here and the driving force that had me look else where. The ongoing increases had me assess the value with no amenities and horrible parking.
