⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service! When our old AC company was recently bought out, we were a bit nervous about finding a new company we could genuinely trust. Luckily, we found Ocean Air Conditioning! We have been customers of Ocean Air since 2018. Since then they have always done a fantastic job for us. Bill, one of their techs is fantastic! Bill has a great personality and it's great to have him working on our equipment. Besides that, he's knowledgeable and efficient. We also love having Ashley as the point person. She's amazing and her expertise has saved us money more than once :)
They installed a new HVAC system for a great price in 2020. It ran perfect until Labor Day afternoon, when it was 96 F and the outdoor unit started buzzing, just a few months out of the manufacturers original 5 year warranty. I shut it down, called their office and left message. Turned on all the box fans and ceiling fans so we could sleep at night and then crossed my fingers knowing that right after holiday weekend most AC firms would be overwhelmed with work. Do not use them!!!! Have been using this company for years. Never had an issue with them prior to last service and always felt they were fair, upfront & honest. This last service I had with them was below expectations. They were not up front with the cost of their visit; they sent a bill later and you can see not signed for consent. They misdiagnosed the problem wasting the $300 in freon they used within hours. As the tech was putting it in, I could see the gas vapor coming out of the unit.
