Ocean Air is a great air conditioning company. Knowledgeable and friendly. Ashley and Robert worked to resolve our air conditioning needs in Port Charlotte and Englewood. Robert's technical knowledge is unmatched. He takes his time to explain the system's problems. The guy is amazing! Don't look any further. Highly recommended.
I would highly recommend OceanAir to anyone needing A/C maintenance and repair. I had a concern over a bill we received and the office manager resolved the issue quickly and efficiently.
Do not use them!!!! Have been using this company for years. Never had an issue with them prior to last service and always felt they were fair, upfront & honest. This last service I had with them was below expectations. They were not up front with the cost of their visit; they sent a bill later and you can see not signed for consent. They misdiagnosed the problem wasting the $300 in freon they used within hours. As the tech was putting it in, I could see the gas vapor coming out of the unit. Excellent company and technicians. Installed my unit six years ago and check it annually. Technicians are very knowledgeable and professional. The service rates are very reasonable. Office staff is friendly and efficient. Good solid company to deal with. Highly recommend.
As always, Ocean Air is consistently great to do business with! Not only did they get a technician out right away, but the staff is friendly and professional. Would highly recommend!
