Overpriced compared to other companies Service charge plus diagnostic charge - seems to be a duplicate charge
All of the people with this company are professional and really care about their clients. They are warm and friendly and go the extra step to help you.
They installed a new HVAC system for a great price in 2020. It ran perfect until Labor Day afternoon, when it was 96 F and the outdoor unit started buzzing, just a few months out of the manufacturers original 5 year warranty. I shut it down, called their office and left message. Turned on all the box fans and ceiling fans so we could sleep at night and then crossed my fingers knowing that right after holiday weekend most AC firms would be overwhelmed with work.
