Hi everyone, I graduated today after 16 weeks and let me tell you it’s a blessing. Before I started here I was a total mess. Unable to function, cope, and basically breathe. My ocd was at an all time worse! I wasn’t functioning due to how severe my ocd was and how much it impacted my life. OCD and Anxiety centers is the best thing to happen to me. I have learned how to fight back against my OCD. I feel happier after being involved here and I’m so grateful for everyone that was involved in my journey .
I would recommend this from my experience since throughout treatment the therapists & clinicians were extremely understanding & supportive. The type of exposure response therapy they offer is great to be honest since It actually helps with daily life & learning how to manage you're OCD or confront you're fears in the moment.
