I don’t know why the reviews are so low when this is a very caring facility towards those who got injured on the job and need to receive treatment. It is hard to find this office, what you need to do is enter the plaza then go towards the courtyard, go straight down the courtyard where you’ll find elevators. Press level “M” and once getting off elevator go towards your left then you’ll see the this office right at 2008 the first door in the hallway. All this system is completely corrupt, they are sellouts for the companies who want to avoid being responsible of workers comp. All the doctor's and personnel are actively always conspiring against patients. Shame on you kaiser!!!!

Horrible doctor. Dr. Opoku. I kept saying my forearm and wrist were what concerned me and I got scheduled for an MRI for my elbow. This is also all in writing with my work comp insurance agent, that my elbow was not of concern to me. When I called to readjust my referral, they assured me that it's been fixed. I made an MRI appointment, only to go in and be told it's still for the elbow again. I called the doctor, got told it's what I asked for.
