I was very impressed by Dr Gavin Shepherd, was an all round good guy. I was sent to see him by my insurance company for a medico legal assessment after being on claim for 5 years. I was very apprehensive about the appointment, always expecting the insurer to sway the report in their favour. But this was not the case. Dr Shepherd was professional, easy to talk to and genuinely wanted to help me to better health.
Saw Dr Shepherd today with my son. Cannot speak highly enough about the care provided. Genuinely cared about the well being of my son. After nine months of dealing with doctors and specialists finally have found someone who has listened and has put a plan into action.
