As a florist in town who needed funeral flowers, I was fearful. When I walked into OTC, I saw there stocked showrooms. Their florist were very helpful,and showed me their fully stocked refrigerators. The funeral piece they sent was perfect. It was exactly what I wanted. They truly impressed me and the family.
