Went in to try to find my husbands wedding ring but the guy who helped me was not any help and very rude. Tried to go in again because my best friend said you guys were awesome and my parents always use occasions but again... Horrible service and was treated like I should not even be in the store. Needless to say, my husband and I will continue to use Kay's as we now have a great relationship with one of the sales reps and she is always willing to help us and anyone who walks into their store.

We bought our wedding rings at Occasions over ten years ago on lay away! The staff has always treated us very well every time we go there. My husband has bought several more pieces from this store throughout the years and we couldn't be more happy with the quality and service. No more lay away needed for us, but I feel like they really try to work with everyone's needs:)

I will never shop anywhere other than Occasions. Johnathan and Donna helped me pick out a replacement wedding ring. It is absolutely beautiful and they are wonderful to work with. Will be seeing them again... spied some beautiful necklaces today!
