Excellent customer service. Professional and expert technicians. I was very pleased! Discussed options for future service. I selected the annual maintenance plan. Will refer family and friends.
Spoke with Brian everything has been worked out. Changing my review rating b/c this company installed our system and they were great to work with. I was told that the filter was dirty and that is why the outside unit stopped running. I call BS because we just changed the filter 2 weeks ago. I just paid 102.95 to replace a filter that was just replaced and a service call. If this happens again we better not be charged. Yes I took a look at the filter in the trash.
Bobby, the Technician, also changed the capacitor. He was a wonderful worker and a kind polite person. Thank you Bobby!!!
