This is the best vet experience I have had in a long time!! Dr. Osbourne was very kind, patient and gentle with our bird and he shared his knowledge and experience, but did not talk down to us. The vet also understood the financial situation we were in, and worked with us to get the best possible care for our bird, without breaking the bank! ��
I'm so pleased to have found Dr Osbourne. Fantastic Dr very thorough, kind, patient, accommodating, reasonable & He has an outstanding staff backing him. I have been left by other vets chasing my own tail and dropping money like it's raining and no results or answers. Just in our first visit with Dr Osbourne I had results, answers & options. I took my dog her with a mystery lump on her leg. The vet was very nice and gentle with her and when i had to take her yestersay to be put down becuse of cancer he even cryed with us. I will always recommend this vet
Yesterday I brought my dog in after several attempts at another office with no results. Dr. Osborne was very thorough and went over several possibilities and explained everything. Immediately he found something that had been overlooked after multiple trips to the vet. He was mindful of my finances and also graciously offered to give my dog the additional dosages required for his treatment since I am unable to hold him down and give him the medicine by myself.
