Our little Jack Russel has been in America for 2 years now(all the way from England!). After 3 different Vets, one nearly overdosed him so we ended up at UF in Gainesville. We spent so much money and got nowhere. We were referred to Dr.Osborne. He gained our trust right away, and told us that he would get our Oliver all taken care of. Haven’t even had an ocala a dress for more than 48 hours when we’d a dire need and found Dr Osborne. Best find ever! He took my Liam in last minute and we were treated like family from the moment I said I do. So glad he got Liam feeling better and he said he’s sure he wants to see the other 4 family members(he may regret that later...) so we are super excited to continue a long lasting relationship. Thank you all for being so sweet to this northern transplant.
five stars. Dr. Osborne took my ball python Kachi after I called in this morning. He was professional and courteous and I feel he is in my corner and Kachi's. Price was reasonable and the care was second to none. HIGHLY recommend this place for snakes/exotics :)
Dr. Osborne is wonderful with exotics, wouldn't take my Chinchillas anywhere else. He listens to you and is kind and compassionate and truly cares about your pets.
