Awesome Customer Service I was having a problem with my MacBook Pro and I was told to give Ocala Mac a chance. Well I brought it to them and they told me the hard drive was bad and they showed me the report from the diagnostic software. They gave me a price to replace the drive with a faster drive and to recover all my kids pictures also they had the parts in stock. 5 Star Quality! I found Anthony Diehlman when I became frustrated with the Geek Squad's style of service: call a tech, wait on line, get charged $$$. The Geek Squad was unable to service my Mac. Anthony is the only Mac Certified Pro in Ocala. He's serviced my Apple products for several years with professionalism and prompt service. You always get a live person on the phone, no long holds. Why support big box stores when you can get better and premium service from your local professional?!
