A friend went into Ocala Dental to have a tooth removed, she was in extreme pain. The dental assistant measured her teeth without telling my friend vwhat was being done and without her permission. Do not walk RUN from this place! They suck!! I came here with the intentions of getting a broken tooth replaced in my denture but they quickly made me distraught with planting thoughts that my denture being so old, were deteriorating. Then their financial lady came explaining my payment options of $44 a month for 4 years. Avoid! This business!!does not care about its patients and will abandon treatment plans without a second thought. They are very friendly and persistent, and won’t give up until you sign all kinds of forms and suck you in! They are incredibly deceptive and if you have an issue after treatments you are screwed and on your own! I won’t recommend this place to my worse enemy!I rate this please Zero (0)
Horrible people! They will constantly make errors and you will suffer for it like many others. They care more about money than their own patients. Do not trust them!
Have no issues with the Drs. The front office staff could care less for you as a patient. Hope you don’t have issues like I did between appointments. Take two aspirin and we’ll see you at your scheduled time. If it weren’t for having already paid for an implant I would be going somewhere else.
WARNING, WARNING. Ge try the hell away from there. These people put 7 implants on me and damaged 4 of them. My implants where coming loose every 3 months and now they blame me for it and want me to pay more to fix them. GET THE HELL AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. WARNING. .

No joke same thing happened to me, 1400.00 for a deep cleaning told me my insurance would pay 330.00 of it . I paid up front 2 weeks early otherwise they wouldn't take me.
