My face is ruined. I gave very specific instructions on how I wanted the procedure done over the phone when I made the appointment. I gave the instructions again when I came in for the appointment and Dr. Grossman ignored me. Now I look like an English bulldog. I don't have laugh lines or tear troughs...he gave them to me with permanent filler. When I went in to have it fixed he said no one notices the problem but me. He eccentuated my worst feature. Doctor Grossman is the best at what he does I am 67 years old and he has taken years off my face I can pass for a gal in her fifty’s now he is fabulous and his staff is wonderful also I love the energy in the office it’s such a happy place.
