저는 어제 OC Urgent Care 를 다녀 왔습니다.너무 기침이 심하여 고생하다가 갔었는데 앞에 리셉션 하신는 분이 친절하게 도와 주셨고 Michelle 선생님도 아주 세심하게 진료 해 주셨습니다. 처방해준 약이 저한테 좋은 약이 되었습니다. 하루가 지났는데 많이 좋아 졌습니다. 미셸 선생님 감사 합니다. OC Urgent Care 아주 깨끗한 장소 였습니다.

So I came in a few days ago and this location is normally fast and professional. I saw Dr. Ryan Wingoo this time and he was so rude and very unsensitive to my concerns. He didn't even check me or address the problem I came in for. He stood 12ft away like I was contagious or something. Also prescribe the wrong medication. Due to not checking me, his response was He don't check females. He made me feel very uncomfortable and it was very unprofessional on his end.
I came in asking for help and the receptionist acted like she didn’t care to help me through this process. It was mortifying
