I would leave a minus 5 if I could my wife bought a bed and when we got home changed her mind because the contract was lacking a lot of info as in no info. She canceled in less than 24hrs and talked to Jesse on multiple occasions. The bed was never delivered but we are told that she can’t get a refund because it was delivered that’s a blatant lie. I would never recommend this crooked lying ripoff store not even to my worst enemy. Out over $3400.00. This store is a total ripoff!

Worked with Mario and he was extremely helpful. First time ever buying a mattress and he patiently took the time to explain different mattresses and their pros and cons. Very knowledgeable, professional and no pressure individual. Highly recommend. Thanks so much!

My wife and I found ourselves in the store when we need a mattress, we were assisted by the sales person named Jessy. He was excellent to deal with, very kind, knowledgeable, and not pushy. We ended up buying a mattress and base through him that day. He was very helpful to the entire process. When I original base was going to be late, he arranged for us to have an upgrade so our delivery would make it when promised. Very excellent customer service, would recommend.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Went there with my girlfriend and she purchased a mattress. While waiting for the transaction the sales lady (she told us she's Filipina) tells us how some members of her family have been "white washed" and act too much like white people. My girlfriend canceled the transaction the next day.
