OC Home buyers made it incredible easy for us to sell our house. They were very accommodating, helped and paid for our move. Jennifer Dahlen, the Operations Coordinator, was always on top of things, we can call and text her at anytime with any questions and requests. We felt like we got a very fair price and were treated respectfully. We would definitely recommend OC Home buyers to any home sellers.

Before I ever met anybody, we had a phone call. They asked me how much I wanted for the house-- fast forward a couple weeks, Jack came out with paperwork that had that number plus $25k. Jennifer is the one who handles the paperwork. Fast, efficient and super friendly. This is a family business, and an over-whelming feeling of care and compassion is what they deliver.
