We had lived in our home for over 30 years, so selling it and moving out of state was a huge and emotional undertaking. Stay away from OC Homebuyers. Made us an initial good offer. Signed sales contract with them. Told the goal was to remodel and resell property. Instead, they pitched to other buyers. After 10 days OC Homebuyers canceled the contract over a text message, then ghosted us when they were unable to find a buyer.
I'd advise anyone to avoid working with OC Home Buyers. Their owner Nate Looney made an unsolicited offer to buy our house in that was $700,000 BELOW market value. Gross and predatory behavior. Please take me off your mailing list. Pete Stauffer
OC homebuyers and Jennifer were wonderful to work with. We had been scammed by a previous company evergreen who is in a similar business. Jennifer and OC homebuyers stayed with us through the entire process and we’re honest and fair and it was a truly beautiful experience in the midst of coming across some really bad people.
