Jack and his crew were just wonderful. I was skeptical at first since many of such businesses are a bit sketchy but the professionalism and outright kindness and patience they showed to my 85 year old stepmother was exactly what was needed. I mention this because she can be exceedingly difficult to work with at times. I doubt she would have ever agreed to sell had it not been for Jack.
