Might be an excellent cabinet builder; however unprofessional with his communication. We sent Hugo prints and specifications for him to bid and build the cabinets. The plans' margin included the designer/architect's firm, number, project address, standard details in blueprints, and all necessary information for him to quote us or pass on our project from day one.
