Absolutely outrageous the staff here is unprofessional. Michelle was the only person there to help us and she was amazing despite how busy she was. The other girl at the front desk was on her phone the whole time and extremely rude I am never coming back here. My sister deserves better.
I had to transfer to Obstetrix at PSL when we found out at 22 weeks that my son had an issue on his anatomy scan. The staff were all great from the doctors, nurses, navigators and receptionists. No question was ever too much and their care for me and my son was excellent.
The staff at Obstetrix St. Luke’s has been great throughout my pregnancy! They are always knowledgeable, patient and on time with appointments. Michelle at the front desk was especially helpful to me when I needed an appointment with Obstetrix asap recently due to a scare. She was kind and went over-and-above to help me be seen as soon as possible. She made me feel very cared for and I am so grateful for her help!
The team here is fantastic and helped to make my high risk pregnancy as smooth and successful as possible. I am forever grateful for my experience!
