I have never had a bad experience with a doctor or office before, but this is the rudest front office staff (particularly the people who answer the phone) I've ever encountered. I doubt they care, but hopefully enough reviews force them to look into why it's such poor service.
ANSWER YOUR PHONE LINE!!! How am I supposed to schedule/or check on my existing appointments if you guys never pick up the phone? So unprofessional, unreliable, let your EGO go and accept you guys need to actually do something about it. I don’t have time to do stuff online, I need to talk to an actual PERSON. ANSWER YOUR PHONES🤦🏻♂️
I love this office , they are fun and kind. I'm thankful they check the baby weekly. Thank you.
Absolutely outrageous the staff here is unprofessional. Michelle was the only person there to help us and she was amazing despite how busy she was. The other girl at the front desk was on her phone the whole time and extremely rude I am never coming back here. My sister deserves better.
I had to transfer to Obstetrix at PSL when we found out at 22 weeks that my son had an issue on his anatomy scan. The staff were all great from the doctors, nurses, navigators and receptionists. No question was ever too much and their care for me and my son was excellent.
