I have a referral from my OB for an anatomy scan here. I have been trying to call for several days now, multiple time a day. I am placed on hold and then hung up on. Still have yet to make an appointment.
I was referred here to have a pre-conception counseling "visit" with a high risk doctor. First, it took FOREVER to get an appointment. Not only because I would immediately be placed on hold for 5+ minutes every time but once I did get ahold of someone, they were booked out 3 months in advance. I finally got the "visit" scheduled and it was completely virtual. It seemed like they contracted out to another group at Swedish. I have had a referral from my primary OB with them for the past 3 weeks and I can not seem to get an appointment scheduled. I have called them 3 different times on 3 different days, the first time they said they did not have my referral yet even though it had been a week since my nurse sent that referral. My son received great care from a physician in this office when he was born (Pediatrix). This review is for their billing department: their behavior alone leads me to never receive care from this group ever again unfortunately. I have provided secondary insurance information to them over 5 times both in writing and over the phone, including documentation from the insurance company and ID card.
