Wife had a failed surgery which was a surgery we didn't want to do but was suggested by Dr. El Masry. After surgery he left it up to me to try to explain what happened instead of explaining it to her like a doctor should. She was very confused and distraught and I had no way of knowing how to tell her what happened because I'm not a doctor. Wife couldn't get in contact after surgery so she will be looking for a more competent doctor. Save a headache and go somewhere else
I am forever grateful For Dr El Masry. When I was pregnant with my son I was extremely depressed. I felt like I had no one to talk to and that no one heard me when I did. Dr El Masry took the time to make sure that I felt heard and for that I am forever grateful for him. He took to the time to listen and gave me some life changing advise.
