Denied me services because I had no option to bring my 3 year old with me to my appointment and didn’t know I needed a stroller. Pretty sure stroller protocols are for children 2 and younger. My appointment was very important to help me prevent myself from having a miscarriage during this pregnancy and the front desk lady talks to you as if you are a piece of trash on the road.
