Only complaint is the long waiting times.
I have seen Dr, Lee, Dr. Packard, Dr. Hall, Dr. Fennimore, Dr. Bonar, Dr. Patel, and Dr. Ogburn here. It’s hard to consistently see the same Dr as they aren’t always at the same location. Which is fine, just fyi. My reason for two stars is because with my third son Dr. Packard kept trying to get me to have additional ultrasounds for no reason. I already had to have extra US somewhere else (that they referred me to because they don’t have the equipment) because my son has a hole in his heart. When I would ask why she would sa... read more
I'm not sure what it is, whether it's standard practice or not but almost every time I come here with my wife, we wait 30 plus minutes before being seen. That doesn't even count the 20mins they want you to arrive early. All I feel like we do here is wait. They should be graded on wait times. Pretty ridiculous.
I’ve been going here for almost 7 years. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. The staff here are wonderful. If it’s your first time going to an OBGYN, they will do their absolute best to make it comfortable for you. They are kind and compassionate people. My favorite doctor is Dr.Foley. He is always kind, professional, and empathetic. He’s always willing to answer any questions you have, and will explain things in a way you can understand.
