Very sad. All I hear is fabulous things about this office and their Dr's. Yet I'm bleeding to death, been to the ER 3 times and was told Jafri would call me, only to find out she was never in office and won't hear from her til earliest tomorrow afternoon. When I saw Jafri the first time, she told me next time I start bleeding to call the office and they'll send in the prescription. Called twice and they won't send it in.
Best OBGYN practice I have ever been to! Super short wait times and very knowledgeable doctors!
For standard checkups they're fine. Never had any trouble. Told them last year that I was diabetic and trying to get pregnant. The doctor gave me encouragement and resources. Called them about my pregnancy and was told that my diabetes makes me high risk and they don't handle high risk pregnancies. So now I have a high risk pregnancy and have to wait a month for another obgyn to see me because these people didn't tell me ahead of time that they wouldn't see me. It's pretty evil of them to have done this.
