Dr. Godbout has been my doctor for almost 8 years now and she is so wonderful! She always explains all the procedures before she starts, always answers all of my questions.

It is sad that I love my doctor but the services provided from the secretaries is awful. During my first visit, one of the ladies took a photo of me without my consent. She told me it was for the record, but I feel that is an invasion of privacy. I already provided my id information and health insurance card. at least she should ask me if I agree with taking a picture of me. Today, I needed to call the insurance because I brought the wrong health insurance card. Inside the office there is no signal to make a call. I asked th... read more
If you want to be involved in your child’s healthcare, this practice is not the right setting. They treat minors as if they are emancipated and therefore capable of making their own healthcare decisions without taking into consideration their mental capacity to do so! Parents are only involved when it comes to providing insurance information!! PARENTS: If you want to help your child make the right decisions regarding birth control options etc, take your child to your Primary Care Physician (PCP) or find another practice.

I just had my second child with this practice, delivered at Sentara Careplex. It was the best experience. I couldn't have asked for anything else. From start to finish it was amazing!
This group of doctors are the most compassionate group of individuals I've had the pleasure of working with as a patient. Their office staff is out of this world as well! I couldn't imagine seeing any other doctors!
