Getting an appointment set up was frustrating. Danielle is the receptionist I worked with and was honestly a nightmare. Extremely curt, hung up on me one time, left a voicemail returning my initial call and talked so fast on the voicemail that I had to listen to it 3 times to get the callback number. Wouldn't have been an issue but the call came in as "No Caller ID" so I couldn't just call back. I'm 31, not hard of hearing and talk fast myself, but it was ridiculous. Called for a suscription refill and provided them with an address and phone number for my preferred pharmacy (also on my portal) and was asked to wait 48hrs (which I did). They proceeded to send it to the incorrect pharmacy and when I call their response is that I have to wait another 48hrs which is unfair to put me back at the bottom of their to do list when they messed up. Best care I ever received in my life! I had a special situation where I had previous multiple abdomen surgeries and a case where I had so much scarred tissue. I was blessed to have the best surgeon in the world (in my opinion) Dr Chris Bassil perform my C section to deliver my son! I was a high risk 35 yr old and was terrified! I delivered on 9/5 during the process he removed fibroids , my tubes (as requested) and corrected a previous keloid scar! I had the best experience a woman could've received I highly recommend this lo... read more

I delivered both of my children here and I’m sorry to say the practice is changing a lot. I really like the providers but just getting an appt or calling back for rx, anything is like pulling teeth. Customer service has become redicuoisly slow - i have waited 2 weeks to get a print out of my annual report to take to my primary care because the patient portal has been giving me an error message. I have left 2 messages on the nurses line— and have finally decided to drive to the office to get a print out and been sitting here ... read more
