They never have availability, you have to book months ahead which is incredibly inconvenient. The staff always sounds incredibly grumpy on the phone, they focus on just getting as many people as they can in and not focus on quality Individual patient care.
First off, may I recommend to any non-SAHM... Dr. Tran is AMAZING. She'll be honest with you about your pregnancy symptoms.. push you to stay strong BUT, very understanding when things become serious. Love the nurses' One paired at the end shared a love for labubus and made the last few appointments fun for my fiancée and I to share a hobby over. Now the nurses at labor and delivery are THE BEST! If you want to be medically gaslit I would see khanh Hien Tran, M.D. Not only did she not listen to my concerns or my symptoms she dismissed much of what I was telling her saying there's nothing you can do about it and she would not give me labs. I opted out of the exam and walked out. This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had at Sutter. Dr Tran if you want to be a better doctor maybe learn some better bedside manner and learn to take your patients concerns seriously without rolling your eyes or sighing with your ar... read more

Went few weeks ago, when I had arrived for appoint schedule at 230 when appointemt was at 3, no problem I could wait, 3 o'clock rolls around, still not called back, ok totally fine 3:30 mind you I had work at 5 so I was getting a bit neveous on them 4 15, still not seen, by now about 15 people or so had gone before me. Finally at 430 they call me back but am I seen right away. NOPE it took an extra 30 minutes for the doctor to see me.
