I would leave zero stars if possible for their new client intake process absolutely horrendous customer service/client care. Especially those who have high anxiety with previous pregnancy issues. No regard for that. This is a review for the front desk staff only, our doctor is wonderful. My wife had a scheduled appointment today and was told when she got there it needed to be rescheduled since the Dr. was ill. I get it, these things happen, not an issue. However, they never called or even tried to get a hold of her to let her know this appointment would need to be rescheduled until she got there. If I could give zero stars I would. I went to Dr. Paul Murphy to get an IUD placed. I was told by Dr. Murphy that it was a relatively painless procedure and that I would not need pain medication or numbing agents after asking for such. I have a high pain tolerance (I sat through a 5 hour sternum tattoo session with no issues) but when he clamped down on my cervix with forceps and then shoved a piece of metal through my cervical canal, I was in the most excruciating pain I have ever felt. Pro Life Moms: Please do NOT go here. My doctor, Dr. Riley, and staff were extremely cold and not personable. At 13 weeks my baby was diagnosed with trisomy 13. Dr. Riley continued to encourage me to kill my baby. At 22 weeks she claimed that most moms would abort so you should do so by now before the “24 week mark”.
