I have the audio where this person as the rest wrote things in her own way to make herself feel better. I have an attitude so the doctor won’t speak to me. This place needs to be reevaluated. If I could add the audio then you would understand that she added things and deducted information actually spoke. This is ridiculous all because they couldn’t wait for me to reschedule. They needed to put a date and time that’s convenient for them. Disappointed never said I wouldn’t continue care I was clear that I had to reschedule.

Went in for my first prenatal appointment and just didn’t feel confident in the care at all. I was told that I would only see a doctor if I’m high risk. I’m over 35, pre-diabetic and conceived through IVF… what more do I need to be considered high risk? I also just don’t think I vibed with the mid-wife. She almost seemed like I was interrupting her day. She had a rebuttal for everything I said as if I was annoying her. She wasn’t knowledgeable about IVF at all. I am so frustrated and upset with the service provided here. Today I called the OBS-GYN office in New City. I called for help with my prenatal pills because the pharmacy and my insurance said they couldn't cover them until my doctor authorized them to be filled. I called the office and the response they gave me was, "If your insurance doesn't cover them, there's nothing they can do." They hung up on me. They didn't bother to help me.
