I am so frustrated and upset with the service provided here. Today I called the OBS-GYN office in New City. I called for help with my prenatal pills because the pharmacy and my insurance said they couldn't cover them until my doctor authorized them to be filled. I called the office and the response they gave me was, "If your insurance doesn't cover them, there's nothing they can do." They hung up on me. They didn't bother to help me.
