I called to make an appointment for a health concern. While on the phone I was told that because it had been over three years since I was last at the office, I was considered a new patient. And “unfortunately” office protocol was not to schedule new patients for several months out. I clarified with the reception that even though I have a lump that I am afraid might be cancerous, no one will see me because I’m considered “new.” She confirmed this is true. Incredibly disappointed with the lack of care and discretion used.

This review is about Rae. She works at the Highland Medical OBS-GYN office in New City. I had a couple of questions regarding my appointment and also wanted to know if certain information was received by that office. Rae was very helpful. She took her time and addressed my concerns. The certain information I had a question about did not come up right away. It took some searching, but Rae finally found it. I was very pleased. Thank you Rae.
