Tim came in and did a thorough assessment and gave me a quote and we accepted. A week later his crew came in and added a new roof and gutters in 3 days. They did an impeccable job and were done in 3 days. There wasn't so much as a piece of shingle of left on the property afterwards. Tim came by to check on our satisfaction and told us to call at anytime with questions. I would hire him again in a minute.

We recently hired Tim and his crew to replace the cedar shakes on one side of our house. The first thing that impressed us was Tim’s responsiveness. He came when he said he would and throughout the process he did a great job keeping me informed via text. The crew of two were hard workers and worked long hours to get the job done due to bad weather forecasted. The crew did a great job cleaning up the area at the end of each work day. Tim and his crew did an excellent job on installing new siding and gutters to my home. Tim was a pleasure to work with along with being prompt and professional throughout the entire process. Tim's crew worked 10-12 hour days to ensure the job was done in a timely manner and did an excellent job of cleaning up the job site each and every day. We hired OBS Construction to put on a new roof; finish a room in our garage and install two new storm doors and an exterior door. The crew he sent for each of the jobs were timely, professional and cleaned up after. We were very pleased with the results and throughout the entire process which took one week for all jobs to be completed, the owner Tim was very helpful and professional. Tim and his crew showed up first thing in the morning and stripped my roof and gave me a new one. They were prompt, courteous, professional and efficient. The crew finished the job in one day and cleaned up after themselves. My experience with Tim and his crew was totally positive and I would recommend them!

yes i call tim through a referral and was wright. this is a stand up company. he gave me a quote for the roof and i said yes. he was at my house the next day. and his crew did the job the same day.. if you are looking for work to be done and done right please give tim a call. he will make it easy for you and you know the job will get done wright thanks tim for all your help i will pass you name out..

I would highly recommend OBS construction in the future. Tim is professional and knowledgable and gave me a competitive quote with no sale pitch (as others have also appreciated, based on the reviews). My new roof was over 40 square and his crew banged it out in 2 days. The crew was professional and polite and the work looks great. They left the property clean and neat each day. My experience with OBS was extremely positive and I would highly recommend them!

Tim and his crew did an outstanding job on my roof. They were professional, they arrived at my home at 7:30 am and worked straight through until 6:00 pm, then they came back the next day and was done with the house, and the garage by 11:30 am. I also had a few stairs in my basement that need to be repaired. Tim gave me an excellent price and worked with me and my situation. I really appreciate him for that. Tim and his crew were the nicest people and they did extremely high quality work. They were also very prompt and efficient. When I met with Tim, he was the nicest contractor by far and did not give a high-pressure sales pitch. Just matter of fact and down to earth. I would highly recommend O.B.S!! (He also gave a great price!!!)
