We havent signed any contract and we are already impressed. I have a lot of projects that need to get done! We have about 6/10 projects we want to complete. I have contacted over 35 different contractors for each job, we have a Weve gotten a call back for 20 of those 35. Out of 20 only 7 showed up and we got quotes from 4 of them. So *** not only called me back in a timely fashion, he gave a rough estimate over the phone via his satellite guarantee. These guys were great. We lined them up to put in a skylight for us, a job which was supposed to be brief and easy. It wasn't. Instead, it took twice as long as expected during a grimly rainy few days. They were conscientious and thorough and ***, the guy who did the inside work left the place very clean. My shed's roof was damaged from water. ********************* of OBS Construction gave me a reasonable and prompt estimate. He made sure to match the color of the shingles with the shingles on my home. His team finished the project efficiently. They did a great job. No complaints! I highly recommend them without any reservations.

When the job was finally finished, a year after the estimated time, the work was generally good. The owner, however was consistently rude whenever I had a question or concern, and he made a habit of always blaming somebody else, including my daughter who lived next door. The cost was estimated at $140K. An additional $20K was immediately added as soon as the building permitting was complete, due to Covid. Called OBS construction for a roof leak. called me back quickly and stopped by on a holiday monday to look at roof. Repaired leak the next day!! cant ask for any better service than that!Rain was coming the next day. But no emergency cost. Would recommend 5 stars!thanks ***
