Food was good tasting if you like it COLD. If you charge 4 star prices, then people should get 4 star service. Waited 30 minutes for a table, and the Waiter skipped us and took the next tables order that just sat down. I don't recommend this place.
We stopped late for dinner. They were closing the kitchen soon but happily seated us. Order burgers and fries which were yummy. The view is fantastic. As the sun sets they were starting to clean up where they were not people sitting which didn’t really bother us I just opened up our view is better. We never felt like we are being rushed out. I will definitely go back again. Very convenient from where we were located.
The Riverwalk is beautiful, but the food here was mediocre at best... hot dog (hard bun, no pickle and relish in a packet), chicken quesadilla (niece had to announce excitedly when she found a piece of chicken) + cheeseburger that was cooked to the wrong temp and shoestring fries that truly lived up to their name and were basically burnt... lemonade was sour and I asked for a Pepsi, don’t know what I actually received... $50 + tip. If you enjoy overpriced cafeteria food (which I’ve had better even at that), then take a seat.... read more
Recommendedgood location. burger was good but fries were cold. kind of expensive for what they offer / you get but I guess you pay for the view. service was timely but kind of rude.
Salad was delicious, drinks ice cold and our waiter was great. He was always attentive. His name is Mike. Thanks Mike

Best service I had during my stay in Chicago! I thought the Cobb salad was pretty good for the price, but nothing to write home about. The view was what made the experience phenomenal!
This was the worst service I've ever had. Our waiter was extremely rude, it took 30 minutes to get our drinks and our food came out immediately after. They forgot one person's food, which didn't come until an additional 30 mins had passed and everyone was finished with their meals! The waiter and manager were not even slightly apologetic and we had to beg for them to comp the one meal that they had screwed up! I've never had a worse dining experience in my life and would highly reccommend you do NOT eat here.
