Dr Venka is great but her secretary lacks compassion in a medical field, which is crucial to her job. On my last appointment I was told by Dr Venka to return when I plan to conceive. Fast forward 1.5 years later I wished to return as per her directions and was met with very dismissive behaviour by her secretary because I haven’t attended the clinic in over a year. I had a great experience during my recent visit! Salu was incredibly helpful in assisting me with choosing the right glasses—she was patient, knowledgeable, and made the process really easy. Staffy also did a fantastic job with the eye tests, explaining everything clearly. Both were professional, friendly, and made the whole appointment smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend their service!
It's a nice retired doctor who had always a smile on her face. She stays in my memory.l, I miss her professional skills and expertise.
The secretary is very rude to her patients Please do not go! Unless you want to be verbal abused. My mother was always scared to come to this clinic as the Secretary talked to her very rude. Please train office secretary on how to talk compassionately to your patients. 0 ratings
