O'Brien was very unprofessional. I was told that he was yelling at my 5 YEAR OLD brother. Was rude to my mother, and told her to "have a nice life" the fact that her Social Security office told her to come here to get an evaluation for my brother is a joke. P.S. O'Brien, make it less obvious your faking 5 star reviews.
I wish I could give less than one star. O Brien and his receptionist are two of the rudest people I’ve ever come across at an appt. We were given this appt by the social security office and DID NOT choose this person. We were told only one parent could come back for the “testing” that she couldn’t even explain to me what it was he was being tested for when I asked. Both parents went back to the office to clarify with O’Brien why there could one be one parent. Before I could even ask my question the receptionist accused me of... read more
