This man was so rude. My ASD son asked why he was there (because he never has been an was confused) and the man told him he was there to keep getting a check. I corrected him, telling him he doesn't get one. So then he said, "Oh, so you can get a check." How unprofessional! When in fact, if you have a Medicaid Waiver, you have to be deemed disabled from SSA. *THAT* was why we were there. O'Brien was very unprofessional. I was told that he was yelling at my 5 YEAR OLD brother. Was rude to my mother, and told her to "have a nice life" the fact that her Social Security office told her to come here to get an evaluation for my brother is a joke. P.S. O'Brien, make it less obvious your faking 5 star reviews.
I wish I could give less than one star. O Brien and his receptionist are two of the rudest people I’ve ever come across at an appt. We were given this appt by the social security office and DID NOT choose this person. We were told only one parent could come back for the “testing” that she couldn’t even explain to me what it was he was being tested for when I asked.
