I have been seeing dr O’Brien for 35 years. She is a great dentist. Always makes room for me if I have an emergency. Excellent work. Staff friendly and efficient. Referred my aunt and dad to her. Made dentures for both when needed.

I have to give kudos out to this amazing lady. I had the unfortunate situation of breaking a tooth... on Memorial Day! !!-800 Dentist tried to find someone for me, but all the dentists that claimed they were open on the holiday or provided emergency services, were not open. I also called 3 dentists personally that stated in their websites that they offered emergency care, and called their "on call" phone. No return calls. Did this provider answer all of your questions? Some were answered Was this provider's staff friendly? Not Really Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? Not at all! They always have my best interest in mind Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Many! I got to pick my favorites from a huge selection

I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions.
