He answered all my questions and never pressured me into making a decision. I ordered a part earlier today. It was to come in tomorrow. I really needed the part today since I was leaving town before they opened tomorrow. I ended up finding the part at an auto parts store. I called back just now to cancel the order. They said I couldn't. Straight up crooks.
