I had researched the inventory online before going in and Josh found the vehicles I was interested in and explained all the features during the test drives. He answered all my questions and never pressured me into making a decision. Mike and Brian made sure I was happy with the financial end of the deal and thanks to Kayleane the car was spotless when I picked it up to take it home. I ordered a part earlier today. It was to come in tomorrow. I really needed the part today since I was leaving town before they opened tomorrow. I ended up finding the part at an auto parts store. I called back just now to cancel the order. They said I couldn't. Straight up crooks.
