Always have had a good experience here. Service is always fast. Staff is friendly and always willing. To help. I would highly recommend them for vehicle service. Savanna is the best. Always smiling and willing to help. Waiting room is always clean and very comfortable.
The O’Brien Ford Team gets a 5 rating from me for getting this 2023 King Ranch built and delivered. I’m a picky customer and they patiently worked with me to order exactly the retirement truck I wanted. Chase, Mason, and Dustin all treated me how I wanted to be treated, as a valued customer. Scott, the salesman was good to deal with. I was from out of state and bought a truck there and was made to believe that they would have to handle my License plates through some company which was $350. Was turned out to be a big giant hassle on my end found out after the fact I could’ve done it myself and my State for $15. So basically what I could’ve got done for $15 they charge me 350 so I feel like it’s just another way. The dealership sucks every dime out of you. If you live out of state, just do it yourself.
Had engine light come on. Pulled in and they were able to fix the spark plug and bad coil very quickly. Able to get on with our camping vacation. Nice, polite and knowledgeable staff.
