Thanks to O’Brien Ford technician Casey DeVary who worked on my 2023 Escape PHEV on a recent service visit. The car was in for a recall notice regarding a possible fault in the high tension battery, which could have resulted in a short circuit and a dangerous lithium fire. Mr. DeVary attend to this recall notice and performed other requested mechanical and electrical services to restore the car to safe, quality performance. Now I drive again with confidence. Paul C. If you read my previous review, you'll see a comment from the owner about reaching out and they'll make things right. We have contacted the company 5 times, and nobody will speak with us. My suspicions have been confirmed..this place does NOT care about treating customers professionally or customer retention. Ridiculous.
