I really liked Dr O’Brien. I was impressed by the level of technology used in her practice. The machine that creates crown onsite is pretty cool. I don’t know why all dentists wouldn’t have this. Also, her staff was nice, especially Kelly.
My husband and I have been seeing Dr. O'Brien for years, her whole team is great! They've created a comfortable environment and provide excellent care. They offered me an eye mask so I didn't have to see any of the instruments or bright lights, and blankets for some extra comfort. Their team always provides tips to take home and never feel judgmental. Very modern technology and cover all your treatment options, I never feel dismissed or rushed through the appointment. I highly recommend Dr. O'Brien!

I had a great experience at O’Brien Dental Center! The staff is super friendly and welcoming as it was my first time there. The hygienist Melissa was the best, she did amazing and is quite knowledgeable when I had questions plus she’s funny. Dr. O’Brien is very caring and only wants what is best for her patients and their teeth! She is also very knowledgeable as she explained things in detail and I was very happy when I left! You can tell Dr. O’Brien loves what she does ☺️
Been here three times as it’s the office I’d been going to for 30 years but Dr schimon had passed away. The dental assistant each time spoke down to me, is disrespectful and cannot speak with kindness in any form. I tried to address her tone and language each time and she made it it clear by misrepresenting my explanation on certain things to Dr Obrian multiple times.
