Wow! I understand why this practice and Dr. O’Brien are so highly recommended! I just went for my first adjustment, and as someone who doesn’t regularly go to the chiropractor because I’m too ticklish, I would definitely go back to Dr. O’Brien! He was super friendly, very nice, and explained everything he was doing, along with what we should and should not feel. We are lucky to have Dr. O’Brien and his practice here locally!
Called the day ahead to schedule an appointment and was informed there was no time until the following day. So instead I tried to schedule a week out and was told I can’t do that either. Was told that I would have to call the morning of to schedule something… Even though when I called the day before there wasn’t any time available and I can’t schedule a week out. So how is someone supposed to get scheduled in? Used to have zero issues and would get scheduled right away. Unfortunate.
Dr. O’Brien helped me finally get rid of plantar fasciitis after almost 7 months of dealing with it. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and truly cares about your recovery. I really appreciated how he works from the ground up to fix the root cause instead of just treating symptoms. Highly recommend!
