This office is incredible! Before becoming a stay at home mom I worked here for 7 years and couldn’t have been more proud of the work they do here. The staff truly cares about each patient, they do very high quality work, and each patient gets specialized care. I drive 45 minutes each way to take my son here for his dental cleanings! Dr. Pham is kind, brilliant and great with kids!
Dr. O'Brien has been my dentist my entire life, and I'm now a young adult! As someone on the autism spectrum, he and his staff did whatever they could to make me feel comfortable every time I went in. Dr. O'Brien is a world class pediatric dentist/orthodontist. I was fortunate enough to be a patient of his for nearly two decades during my youth and I am happy to report his skill and wonderful staff remain absolutely top notch today. We had a terrible experience here. My son (age 3) and I were treated like we were ignorant. They made no effort to earn my child's trust. His first filling was a total disaster which ended with 4 of us holding him down and the Dr. Threatening to tie him down which freaked him out even more. Horrible.
Dr. O'Brien and his team have taken outstanding care of my oral health for over 15 years! They are honest and straightforward with me (and my parents when I was young). Whenever I needed recommendations for needs beyond their scope (ex. wisdom teeth removal and more) they sent me to outstanding doctors who held the same high standards as Dr. O'Brien.
