I went to O’Brien with a crack in my glass and was so impressed with the service. I just came in and explained what had happened, and they fitted me in straight away. The team went out of their way to help me, and the whole process was super efficient. Excellent service – highly recommend!

Not very helpful. Gave the feeling we were being dismissed as it was too difficult for them to source a part for an older car. Told us to Google it and source it ourselves. They then had the nerve to call again asking if we were still interested in the appointment despite 1. not having the part, and 2. already having fobbed us off... like what the? Odd, would avoid. Seem to only want to cash in on insurance claims for newer cars.
