We found that the call centre is not accurate on costs. In saying that when we discussed our issues directly with Coffs we had a very good outcome. That has sat better with us and we thank them for their prompt reply .
Went into the Coffs branch of Obriens to see about get a windscreen replacement done, the lady who I dealt with was awesome, she told me how to do the insurance side and booked me in to have the job done and it was completed that day. Great friendly service 11/10 service
