managed to mess up a simple filling, which i have to get re-done at another office, the worst dentist ever - not sure the hygiene in their office is that great either
The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. I have had an experience with both Dr. O'Brien and Dr. Batjer, and both were exceptionally competent. I had a back molar pulled, and Dr. O'Brien mentioned that due to its location, I probably wouldn't miss it. She was right! This office has very impressive technology, and every question I had was not only answered, but also came with visual aids in the form of computer screens that showed every detail of my teeth. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
