Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled? No, I was given the information right after they finished my treatment Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? No, their staff isn't organized at all

I've been going to Drs. Batjer and O'Brien since they bought the practice from my childhood dentist. The quality of their work has declined over the past year and I am, for the first time in my life, switching dentists. I had a filling replaced in a top molar last year. It took Dr. O'Brien two tries in a row before she gave up on it. She was unable to do it correctly, so Dr. Batjer redid it. Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!
