This is a magical place where kids love to take x rays of their teeth and love the warm feeling they get each time they finish up because they get to choose a couple of toys and their favorite fluoride. We love the atmosphere and genuine care that they provide to me, my wife, and our children. Thank you Dr. Batjer and staff!! THE NIKOLAO FAMILY
Always a great experience. Not my favorite thing to do but they make it an ok experience.
Love the office atmosphere and attitude. Staff are always accommodating (juggle stuff around to get consecutive spots for my daughter and me) and easy going.
New to Tacoma..made me feel at home...very friendly and welcoming...looking forward to a great experience with them
I have been going to see them since they opened shop at the current location. I was a bit apprehensive about them as I had numerous years with the previous dentist, but ALL those feelings disappeared after my very first visit! All of my personal requirements were more than exceeded by my first visit! Even my grown children continue to receive all of their dental care from them.
I have been seeing Dr. Batjer and his staff for probably 10 years. It had been a long time since I had been to the dentist. No judgments... and they took good care of me. At first I had to have 4 periodontal treatments per year to clean up the mess I had made of my mouth but I am back down to the usual twice a year cleanings, all due to the care of Drs. Batjer and O'Brien. I now bring my daughter to them as well. 5 stars.
