The office space is nice and the staff is professional.
Went in to see if I could get my blood drawn due to serious health issues at home. Was told by Rachel at front desk and Kim (provider in urgent care) that because my Dr shows being based out of castle rock according to records, I cannot get the medical care I requested. Based off this, I will be interacting with your correspondence team to figure out how to address this properly. Thanks!
The staff were very kind. However, I got there right at opening on a Saturday, I was the only patient there and it took the medical staff over a hour from start to finish for my appointment. That’s not including the time it took for my test results. I was unsure why things were moving so slowly.
