They couldn't provide me civil rights services, but that wasn't my issue. My issue was, you have to wait at a door in the heat. You ring a door bell, and someone from the back walks out to you. Even though someone sits at the desk up front. Maybe secure for them, but not at professional to not be able to buzz someone in, OR invite someone in. Instead, forcing a potential client to wait outdoors. Not welcoming enough in my experience. The lady looked at me with very judging eyes. And, I did not enjoy my two visits here.
