Patrick is by far the most unprofessional salesperson I’ve ever encountered. I test drove two cars here while searching for the right one for my 18-year-old son, but neither felt like the right fit. When I returned today to test drive a third car, Patrick refused to let me drive it simply because I hadn’t purchased the previous two I tried. Terrible experience. Patrick, the owner, was polite until I paid him a $500 deposit. After that, his attitude completely changed. He sold me a car with hidden issues—the AC and front wheel bearings failed soon after purchase. He also charged me $400 to handle the paperwork, which he delayed for over three months and still didn’t do properly. I had to pay another $400 to fix it myself at the tag office. I want to give zero stars is all this company deserves. I do not advise you to go to this place. Rude and boorish owner treats customers negatively.
rude, doesn’t know how to talk to people adequately, if you say something he doesn’t want to hear or he’s wrong, he’ll yell at you and kick you out, terrible dealer and terrible person
